Data submitted via the contact form is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS. For the technical delivery of contact form emails, we use Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES, Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL) in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). We do not share this data with unauthorized third parties.
This data is processed based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Data entered by you in the contact form remains with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
